Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unusedIn their original condition
With all original tags attached
In the original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards
Accessories and jewelry
Personalized or custom-made products
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Return Process
To request a return:
Contact our customer support team with your order number.
Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
Pack the item securely and send it to the provided return address.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
